    How to Use

    • Apply evenly and liberally over exposed areas, 20 minutes before exposure to sun.
    • Applying at least one teaspoon per limb, front & back of body & half a teaspoon for the face, ears and neck is recommended.
    • Re-apply every 1 - 2 hours, especially after swimming, excessive perspiration, exercise and towelling.
